Starting a new school year always comes with a mix of excitement and a very long list of things to prepare.
New routines, new goals, new lessons… and, of course, finding activities that will actually work for your children or students.
That’s why I’m so excited to share something special with you!
I recently joined six other homeschool and educational creators to put together the Homeschool Fresh Start Bundle — a collection of 7 free printable resources created to help families start the new homeschool year with engaging and meaningful learning activities.
And the best part?
The entire bundle is FREE!
What’s Inside the Homeschool Fresh Start Bundle?
Instead of downloading hundreds of random worksheets and trying to figure out what you’ll actually use, this bundle brings together a small collection of thoughtfully created resources for different ages and subjects.
You’ll receive 7 printable resources + a bonus Meet the Contributors page, all together in one bundle.

My Homeschool Year Goals
Created by Christine from Blooming Brilliant.
A 9-page goal-setting workbook designed for children ages 5–12. Kids can set goals for their homeschool year, revisit them through monthly check-ins, celebrate their progress at the end of the year, and use the included affirmation cards for a little extra confidence along the way..

Classic Books Reading List
Created by Sara Jordan from Heart and Soul Homeschooling.
A curated collection of classic books organized by grade level, making it easier to plan a literature-rich year and discover books to add to your homeschool reading list.

September Writing Prompt Journal

Created by Elizabeth Dukart from That Homeschool Family.
This resource includes 30 daily National Day writing prompts, nine monthly themes, and a bonus poster — an easy way to bring a little writing practice into each day.
Back to School Hidden Word Search Set

Created by Christy Serra-Gandara from Happy Hive Homeschooling.
Four back-to-school word searches with a fun twist: each puzzle contains a hidden message for kids to discover.
Alphabet Worksheet
This one is from me — Creative Class by PatrÃcia!
I contributed an alphabet activity designed for Kindergarten and early elementary learners, with uppercase and lowercase letter-writing practice.
It’s a simple activity you can add to your literacy practice at the beginning of the year, especially for younger learners who are still developing their letter formation skills.

Conversation Starters
Created by Dr. Laurel Eberle from Story Seekers.
You’ll receive 15 thoughtful questions designed to turn almost any book into a conversation and family learning experience. They’re especially suited for children ages 8–13.

Multi-Pack Mega Sample
Created by Laura Visirin from Monkey and Mom.
This sampler includes activities spanning preschool through Grade 8, with learning centered around animals, science, and nature.

Something for Different Ages and Subjects
One of the things I like about this collaboration is the variety.
Instead of seven resources that all teach the same skill, you’ll find activities for:
writing, reading, literacy, goal setting, alphabet practice, discussion, science, nature, and more.
Most of the resources are designed for elementary through middle school learners, approximately ages 5–14, although some can be adapted for younger or older children.
How Do I Get the Free Bundle?

The Homeschool Fresh Start Bundle is completely free.
After signing up, you’ll receive an email with the download link. The resources are provided together in a ZIP file, so you can download everything and then print the activities you want to use.
